Specialised support for high needs
At Rehoboth, we provide tailored and specialised support for people living with a disability who have high needs. By partnering with us, you can access personalised disability services and the care and support you require, whether you are paying privately or using your NDIS plan.
We understand that each person's needs are unique. Our team takes the time to understand your goals, your strengths and how you want to live, then designs complex care that promotes independence, dignity and respect. We support people living with intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, autism, spinal injury, psychosocial disability, physical and sensory disability, younger onset dementia and degenerative conditions, and our support adapts over time as your needs change.
Around-the-clock care, wherever you live
Our dedicated and knowledgeable staff are available 24/7, with around-the-clock rosters that cover day shifts and overnight support. Whether you receive support in your own home or live in one of our supported homes, there is always a trained team member there when you need them.
- Trained, experienced staff, support workers who deliver high-quality care while promoting safety, wellbeing, dignity and respect.
- High-intensity daily supports, assistance with complex personal care needs, delivered by staff trained for the task.
- Clinical back-up, our community nursing team and therapy and health supports, including occupational therapy and physiotherapy, work alongside your support team.
Homes designed for high physical support
For participants who need 24-hour support in a supported home, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties in NSW include homes set up for higher physical support needs:
- Miranda Group Home, a high physical support home with indoor-outdoor living, located near Sutherland Hospital.
- Blacktown Villa, featuring a ceiling hoist in the bedroom, located near Blacktown Hospital.
- Blackheath Home, a fully accessible, modern double-storey home in a Blue Mountains setting.
SIL properties are currently NSW-only, while our other services extend across VIC, NSW and QLD.
