Frequently asked questions
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for supports and services directly to eligible participants, giving people with disability more control and choice over how, when and where their supports are provided.
Who is eligible for the NDIS?
You need to be under 65 at the time of your application, an Australian citizen, permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen holding a Protected Special Category Visa, and have a permanent disability that significantly affects how you communicate, move, care for yourself or manage your life. Learn more on our how to apply page.
Who controls my NDIS funds?
You do. You can manage your funds yourself or nominate the NDIS, a registered provider or someone you trust to do it for you. See our funding options page for more.
Can I change provider if I am not happy?
Yes. It is important that you are happy with your service provider and getting the support you need. You can also split a support allocation between more than one provider.
What ages do you support?
Our services are available to NDIS participants aged between 2 and 65 years, across a wide range of disabilities.
Can I bring my own support worker?
Yes. If you already have support workers in place, we can discuss bringing them on board with us.
How much do your services cost?
Our services are priced competitively, based on the type of care you require and the hours needed. See our NDIS price list or contact us for a free consultation and quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured to provide our services, our staff are covered under workers compensation, and we hold public liability and indemnity insurance.
