Join the Rehoboth family
We are always looking for passionate, caring professionals to join our team and build a career in disability support.
Working at Rehoboth
Rehoboth Comprehensive Care Services is a values-driven, NDIS registered provider growing across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Everything we do is guided by our mission: to create a caring environment where people and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to live life their way.
If you're interested in a career in disability support, we'd love to hear from you. We look for people who bring genuine care and professionalism to their work, and we back them with training and development, flexible full-time, part-time and casual arrangements, and a team that values care, growth and meaningful work. Every role at Rehoboth is a chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Roles we recruit for
Support Worker
Work directly with NDIS participants to provide daily living support, community access and personal care. Full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours.
Registered Nurse (Community)
Provide high-quality community nursing care to NDIS participants in their homes. Clinical experience in disability care is advantageous.
Support Coordinator
Help participants navigate their NDIS plans, connect with service providers and build their capacity to live their best life.
SIL House Supervisor
Oversee daily operations at one of our supported independent living properties, ensuring participants feel safe, supported and empowered in their home environment. Casual roles across multiple locations.
Most roles are currently based across Sydney and Western Sydney, with new opportunities opening as we grow.
