At Rehoboth, we provide compassionate care in the comfort of your own home, helping you live independently, confidently and with dignity. Our goal is to make every day easier and more fulfilling by supporting you with the tasks that matter most to you, from your morning routine through to meals, medication and keeping your home comfortable.
We take time to understand your lifestyle, preferences and goals so that your care feels personal and empowering, never one-size-fits-all. Our support workers are trained to assist with daily living activities, and our community nurses are on hand when your supports include clinical care. Whether you need daily assistance or occasional support, our experienced team is here to help you live life your way, with comfort, respect and peace of mind.
What we can help with
Every support is tailored to your needs and your NDIS plan. Our in-home services can include:
- Mobility around the home, help with walking and transfers, such as moving from bed to wheelchair, and moving about the house safely
- Personal care, support with bathing, dressing and grooming to help you feel your best
- Medication support, gentle reminders and help managing your medication safely
- Safety and fall prevention, keeping your home environment safe and reducing the risk of falls
- Toileting and continence care, discreet, respectful assistance
- Status reporting to family, keeping the people who matter to you informed
- Household assistance, light housekeeping, laundry and changing bed linen
- Transport, getting you to social and recreational activities, appointments and errands
- Meal preparation and nutrition, healthy, personalised meal planning and help with cooking
- Shopping and errands, grocery shopping and the everyday tasks that keep life running
Overnight and 24-hour options
If you need support beyond daytime visits, we can be there through the night and around the clock. Our overnight support provides reassurance and assistance while you sleep, and our 24-hour care keeps a consistent team with you at all times for higher support needs.
