Agency-Managed NDIS Funding

When your NDIS funding is agency-managed, the NDIA pays registered providers like Rehoboth directly, there are no invoices for you to handle.

Agency-managed

What does agency-managed mean?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is managed by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). If your plan is agency-managed, sometimes called NDIA-managed, the NDIA looks after the funding in your plan and pays your providers directly. You don't pay anything upfront, and you don't need to process invoices or keep receipts.

With agency-managed funding, you can only use providers who are registered with the NDIS. Rehoboth Comprehensive Care Services is an NDIS Registered Provider, Provider Number 4050134271, operated by Community Regain Pty Ltd, so participants with agency-managed plans can access all of our supports across VIC, NSW and QLD.

How billing works with Rehoboth

Because we're a registered provider, billing under an agency-managed plan is simple:

  • We agree on your supports first. Together we set out the services you want and how often, so you know exactly what will be claimed against your plan.
  • We deliver your supports. Whether that's in-home support, community participation, nursing, transport or accommodation, our team provides the services as agreed.
  • We claim directly from the NDIA. Payment comes straight from your plan's funding, no invoices land in your inbox and nothing comes out of your own pocket.
  • Our prices follow NDIS pricing. We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, see our NDIS price list for details.

If anything about your funding or our billing is unclear, our team is happy to walk you through it, call 1300 853 095 or email info@rehoboth.com.au.

Other ways to manage your plan

Agency management is one of three ways NDIS funding can be managed, and many participants use a mix across their plan:

  • Plan-managed, a plan manager pays providers on your behalf, and you can use both registered and unregistered providers.
  • Self-managed, you handle payments and claims yourself, with the greatest flexibility in who you choose.

Not sure which option suits you? Compare them all on our funding options page, or talk to our team about how your plan works.
