Plan-managed NDIS funding
If a plan manager looks after your NDIS funding, working with Rehoboth is simple, we invoice them directly, and you never pay upfront for your supports.
What is plan management?
NDIS participants can choose to have a registered plan management provider manage the funding and budget for the supports in their plan. Your plan manager receives invoices from your providers, pays them from your NDIS funding, and keeps track of your budget as you go. Where a participant asks for a registered plan management provider to administer their plan, the NDIA gives effect to that request.
For many people, plan management offers the best of both worlds:
- More provider choice, you can use both registered and non-registered providers, rather than being limited to registered providers only.
- No upfront cost to you, your plan manager pays providers directly from your plan, so you are not left out of pocket.
- Less paperwork, your plan manager handles invoices, payments and budget tracking on your behalf.
You can read more about plan management on the NDIS website.
How we work with your plan manager
Rehoboth is an NDIS registered provider (provider number 4050134271), so plan-managed participants can use any of our supports, from in-home support and community participation to supported accommodation.
Once your supports are in place, the billing side stays out of your way. We send our invoices straight to your plan manager, who pays us from your NDIS funding and records the spending against your budget. There is nothing for you to pay upfront, and you can ask your plan manager for a budget update at any time.
If your plan manager needs our invoice or payment details, point them to our pay your invoice page, or have them email us at info@rehoboth.com.au.
Not sure plan management is right for you?
Plan management is one of three ways to manage your NDIS funding, you can also be agency-managed or self-managed, or use a mix across your plan. Each option changes who pays providers and which providers you can use.
Compare the options on our funding options page, or call us on 1300 853 095 and we will talk it through with you.
